Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the educational and technical qualifications as per the post:
- LDC – 12th pass + typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
- Fireman – 10th pass + physical fitness test required.
- Tradesman Mate – 10th pass from recognized board.
- Storekeeper – 12th pass.
- Cook / Washerman – 10th pass with trade knowledge.
- Skilled Trades (Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Upholster, Tin & Copper Smith) – ITI certificate or relevant Army trade experience.
- Vehicle Mechanic / Electrician / Telecom Mechanic / Engineering Equipment Mechanic – 12th pass with ITI or equivalent qualification.

- Maximum Age: 25 years

Indian Army DG EME Recruitment 2025 Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary under Pay Matrix Level 2 to Level 4 (Rs. 5200 – 20,200 + Grade Pay). Additional allowances as per central government rules will also be applicable.

The selection will be done in the following stages:
